1. Introduction

• "Balance" — The total of credited and deposited funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding locked or pending bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or reward made available by mewah99 under applicable promotional terms.
• "Deposit" — A transfer of funds by a Member into their Account using an accepted payment method, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which mewah99 confirms a Member's identity, age, address and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" — The mewah99 website, mobile interface, software and all associated products and services.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a qualifying amount must be wagered on eligible products before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested.
• "Void Bet" — A wager that has been cancelled and the stake returned, typically due to an event cancellation or qualifying error.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary account restriction applied at a Member's request, preventing access to wagering products for a nominated period.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a mewah99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet or maintain any condition may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. mewah99 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation — such as a Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport — to verify your age at any stage.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. mewah99 does not warrant that its services are legal, appropriate or available in your location. Users who access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active mewah99 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered to the same person using different email addresses, names, payment methods or devices — are strictly prohibited. mewah99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with mewah99:

• Persons subject to a self-exclusion order on mewah99 or a third-party gambling platform where a multi-operator exclusion agreement applies.

4. Account Registration

To register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You must not use false, misleading or incomplete information.

mewah99 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication method. mewah99 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

You must not share your account with any other person, allow another person to access your account or transfer your account to a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mewah99 support immediately.

4.2 KYC Verification

mewah99 may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals, activating bonus offers or continuing to access certain account features. You may be asked to provide a clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad or equivalent identification, a recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months) and a selfie holding your identification document. Non-compliance with a KYC request within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mewah99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Malaysian payment methods, which may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect and selected cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. Availability may vary by account and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and may differ by payment method. Deposits are generally credited promptly; however, bank transfer and FPX processing times may vary.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to deposit wherever technically possible. mewah99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

mewah99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback rebates, birthday rewards, referral incentives and other time-limited campaigns. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which take precedence over this general Agreement where they conflict.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible game categories and time limit will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games or markets will not count towards fulfilling the requirement.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. mewah99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage, matched betting, use of automated betting tools, collusion, or exploitation of software errors. Players found to have abused promotional conditions may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

6.3 Free Bets and Promotional Credits

Free bets and promotional credits carry no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged or returned. Winnings generated from free bets may be subject to separate wagering conditions as stated in the relevant promotion.

7. Betting & Game Rules

All bets and wagers placed on mewah99 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the selection, stake, odds and potential return displayed on the bet confirmation screen before confirming.

7.1 Odds and Market Availability

Market availability and odds — including those for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, basketball and other events — are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Accepted odds at the time of confirmation will apply to the settled outcome.

7.2 Palpable Errors

mewah99 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a palpable error, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices. Notice of such voidance will be provided to the affected Member and the stake returned.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits may vary by market, event and account status. mewah99 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at any time.

7.4 Casino and Live Dealer Rules

Casino and live dealer games are subject to the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a live session, applicable game-specific rules will govern the outcome. mewah99 accepts no liability for losses arising from interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mewah99 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any activity involving proceeds of crime through the platform.
• Collusion with other Members, including sharing information for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to facilitate unlicensed wagering activity on behalf of third parties.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where its use is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing mewah99 support personnel or other Members.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance without right of appeal.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, data compilations and software contained on the mewah99 platform are the property of mewah99 or its respective licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit scraping, data extraction or systematic collection of platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mewah99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if mewah99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mewah99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages and events outside mewah99's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. mewah99 accepts no liability for wagering losses arising from such interruptions.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

mewah99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Account activity is associated with fraudulent, criminal or otherwise unlawful conduct.
• Continued account access poses a regulatory or reputational risk to mewah99.
• A Member has been identified as a self-excluded individual.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which mewah99 holds its operating authorisation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is expressly agreed by both parties in writing.

Members acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of mewah99 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. mewah99 does not warrant that its services are lawful in any particular location.

14. Amendments

mewah99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the contact details held on account, or by a prominent notice on the platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Continued use of the mewah99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account and discontinue use of the platform.
